Tumbling
Prime Tyme offers tumbling instruction for
all ages and skill levels. We operate on a monthly payment
schedule with tuition being due the first of the
month. All payments will be made by Autopayment
through our secure, paperless system. Call or e-mail Prime Tyme for more information.
There is a yearly registration fee, and multi-class and
family discounts.
Our tumbling classes are divided by skill levels as
follows:
Ø
Tiny Tumble – Beginner tumbling for ages
3-6: basic body control, cartwheels, round-offs, front-walkovers,
back-walkovers, standing back-handsprings, etc.
Ø
Level 1 – Beginner tumbling for age 6+:
basic body control, cartwheels, round-offs, front-walkovers,
back-walkovers, standing back-handsprings, etc.
Ø
Level 2 – Series tumbling: round-off
back-handsprings and back-handspring series, standing
back-handspring series, toe touch back-handsprings, basic
tuck drills, etc.
Ø
Level 3 – Tucks: round-off tucks, round-off
back-handspring tucks, round-off series tucks, punch front tucks, etc.
Ø
Level 4/5 – Advanced tumbling: standing
tucks, standing back-handspring tucks, standing series
tucks, layouts, full twisting
layouts, double twisting layouts, toe touch tucks, standing fulls, standing back-handspring fulls/doubles, standing
series fulls/doubles, etc.
Advancement
to the next level is at the sole discretion of the tumbling
coach.
Cheer Technique Classes

Cheer Technique classes
cover basic cheer and dance motions, as well as jump
techniques. These skills help prepare cheerleaders for
school tryouts. Classes are offered directly after level 1
tumble classes for convenience.
Stunt Classes
Stunt classes are for
anyone interested in gaining extra experience stunting.
We offer three types of stunt classes to meet your needs!
VARSITY Stunt Classes: 8th grade and up
These stunt
classes are designed to prepare older, more advanced
stunters for college.
JUNIOR
Stunt Classes: 7th grade and below
These stunt
classes are designed to prepare younger or less experienced
stunters for competitive cheering.
SCHOOL
FLIER Classes: 5th grade and up
These stunt
classes are designed to prepare those who fly in stunts on
their school teams. This class is a ground-bound class that
will focus on the drills, body control, flexibility, and
strength most needed to master stunting.
School Squad Training
Prime Tyme trains school squads from all over middle
Tennessee and Western Kentucky. We offer our high
quality instruction at a squad-discounted price. For

We are currently offering SPECIAL SATURDAY PRICING!! We also
send PT instructors to train squads at their schools - now
with state of the art equipment!! Contact us!
Prime Tyme Athletics also offers a variety of summer camps for
school squads:
Skills camps: These camps are designed to introduce
technique and creativity to your team's stunts, pyramids,
and tumbling. Skills camps can also be used to help
new teams spend ample amounts of time on motions and jumps.
Skills camps will be designed to work any skill YOU ask for!
This is a great camp to do before choreography camp to work
on new, exciting stunts and pyramids to have ready for your
choreographer.
Game Ready Camps: These camps teach personalized cheers,
dances, stunts, and pyramids. We will customize your
material to keep you separate from the rest! You will be
taught 3 custom half time cheers and dances. If your pep
rallies need more "pepping up," we'll provide you with some
ideas to get everyone involved! A CD with your custom dance
routine music will be provided for your team.
Choreography Camps: These camps are reserved for highly
competitive cheerleading teams that are serious about
winning. Your entire competition routine will be
choreographed to music for the ability level of your team.

Choreography and Custom Mixed Music
We offer custom game-ready and competition choreography
camps! Each camp includes 10 hours of instruction and custom
mixed music.
Game-Ready camps focus on pep rally and half-time material.
These camps are tailored to the squad's needs and include
original music.
Competition camps provide your choice of a 2 1/2 minute
all-music routine or 1 1/2 minute music/ 1 minute cheer
routine, both complete with custom mixed music.
Music mixing is also available for your own routines!!

Private Lessons
Prime Tyme
also offers private lessons for students currently enrolled
in gym classes. These lessons are priced and scheduled by
individual instructors. A private lesson is a one-on-one,
focusing on the specific skills needed or requested. Email
the instructor with which you would like to schedule a
private lesson.

Birthday Parties
Let Prime Tyme celebrate with you on
your birthday! Invite 10 or more of your friends and enjoy
our gym facilities. Parties are scheduled for 2 hours. The
price is $10 per child (birthday child is free). We'll
provide a cake for an additional charge and you supply the
drinks and paper products. Each party will have a staff
member present.
