Facility

Prime Tyme Athletics is conveniently located just off of the Vietnam Veterans Boulevard in Hendersonville.  Our 12,000 sq. ft. fully air conditioned facility features 3 full size competition floors (2 spring, 1 foam block) each with its own stereo system, 2 54 ft. foam block tumble strips, a 30 ft. air track, a 40 ft. tumble track, a 40 ft. rod tumbling strip, a mirrored wall, a full twisting/rotating spotting belt, and two inflatable bounce houses.  Parents are welcome to stay and watch from our newly renovated parent area that includes free wifi internet and cable tv.  The gym also features a pro shop and a snack/vending area.

Directions from downtown Nashville:

Take Interstate 65 North to the Vietnam Veterans Parkway (TN-386 North) via exit #95 toward Hendersonville/Gallatin.  Merge onto West Main Street/Gallatin Road via exit #3 toward Hendersonville.  After you loop around the off ramp, Rockland Road is immediately to your right at Traffic Light #2.  Prime Tyme is 0.3 miles up Rockland Road on the left.

Birthday Parties

Let Prime Tyme celebrate with you on your birthday! Invite 10 or more of your friends and enjoy our gym facilities.  Parties are scheduled for 2 hours. The price is $10 per child (birthday child is free). We'll provide a cake for an additional charge and you supply the drinks and paper products. Each party will have a staff member present.

Inclement Weather Policy

In the event of hazardous driving conditions, gym closings will be posted on the website and put on the answering machine by 3:00 p.m. that day.

Also, if Davidson County schools are closed for snow, the gym is officially closed. If there is a question, please call the gym and listen to the voice mail message.

Payments

Monthly team tuition is due the by the 10^th of the month.

Late fees will be assessed on the 10th of every month, and a $25 fee will be charge for returned checks.

Mission Statement

It is the goal of Prime Tyme Cheerleading to mold the leaders of tomorrow by training the cheerleaders of today.  In competitive cheerleading, as well as in life, success comes from talent, hard work, a healthy lifestyle, self-discipline, and determination.  Prime Tyme helps cheerleaders be successful in both.  The coaching staff at Prime Tyme has trained many national champions and is always looking for ways to improve the cheerleaders, the staff, and the world of competitive cheerleading.  We will strive to maintain an environment that is safe and clean.  Prime Tyme's mission is to provide a successful competitive Allstar team for any age and ability level, as well as a strong class program and school squad program.  All of our programs are designed to foster and promote one another.  Whether the athlete is a beginner taking a tumble tots class or a member of an advanced senior Allstar squad, Prime Tyme will provide the best possible cheerleading instruction.
